The Film and Publications Board says its investigating the content of a viral cellphone video that shows two children performing sexual acts on each other.
Spokesperson, Prince Ndamase, says they have received the video and are still busy investigating it.
Ndamase says the boy in the video is around three or four years old, while the girl is between eight and ten.
The video was referred to the Films and Publications Board by Eye Witness news which received the video from the NGO, Women and Men Against Child Abuse.
