Another limb has washed up on Shelley Beach in Port Alfred less than 48 hours after a severed leg washed ashore.
Members of Atlas Security were on the scene on Thursday morning where an arm was discovered.
Police spokesperson Captain Mali Govender said on Tuesday a human foot clad in a black Nike takkie was discovered by a local.
She said the lower limb from the knee until the shoe had no flesh on it.
All body parts will now be analysed by Forensic Pathology Services.
Police suspect that it might be body parts belonging to a suspect who stabbed one of their K9 police dogs earlier this month.
Govender said they will have to conduct further tests and investigations before they can confirm it.
She added that there were no outstanding missing person reports in the area.
