There's been another delay in the bid by PE murder accused, Christopher Panayiotou, to get hold of a copy of the charge sheet.
Panayiotou is accused of orchestrating the abduction and murder of his school-teacher wife, Jayde, earlier this year.
The 28-year-old businessman and two other co-accused will be back in the dock on the Second of December.
In the meantime, his lawyers are trying to obtain the charge sheet with a view to bringing another bail application, after two unsuccessful previous attempts.
It's understood that Panayiotou was not required to be in court when Magistrate Abigail Beeton postponed the matter to next Friday by agreement of the parties.
National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson, Tsepo Ndwalaza.
"We came here to hear an application as to whether they will be able to get the docket, as we believe they want to get a shot at another bail application. We have since heard that they are also talking about the issue of jurisdiction as to whether this should be heard in the Magistrates Court in PE or the High Court" he said.
