An elderly couple has been attacked in their home in Wilderness.
Western Cape police spokesperson, Captain Bernadine Steyn, says four men forced their way into the home of an 82-year-old man and his wife just before midnight on Monday.
She says the man and his wife sustained open wounds during the incident.
The attack on the couple followed Sunday's attack on an 81-year-old man and his 73-year-old wife in George.
They were both injured when assailants entered their home on Sunday night.
