Western Cape police have arrested a woman at the Tsitsikamma toll gate on suspected drug possession charges after a routine check of a passenger bus.
Police spokesperson, Captain Malcolm Pojie, says the 21-year-old woman from Durban is currently being held at Plettenberg Bay police station.
He told Algoa FM News that she was allegedly found in possession of mandrax tablets and possibly also cocaine.
She is due to appear in court soon.
