Six people died in two seperate accidents on Eastern Cape roads last night.
Police spokesperson, Captain Stefanie Smith, says four people died in a collision between two minubus taxi's on the road between Cradock and Tarkastad, which happened at about half past eight.
Both drivers, and a woman from one taxi and a man from the other died, while 14 people were seriously injured.
In the other accident, a tanker overturned and caught fire on the N6 between Aliwal North and Jamestown last night.
Both occupants of the truck died and the road was still closed earlier this morning.
