12 injured in PE crash

Five Port Elizabeth school children and an adult were critically injured in an accident between a taxi and a bakkie in Old Cape Road on Monday morning.

Paramedic and spokesperson for Traumanet Ambulance Services, Dean Slater said a total of 12 people were injured in the crash and were transported to various hospitals.

"The cause of the accident is yet unknown and local authorities are on scene to investigate it" He said.
