Four people have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of 12-year-old schoolboy Nayati Moodliar in Malaysia.
The boy is in Malaysia on a Dutch passport, and has South African family.
A report from Kuala Lumpur says three men and a woman, aged between 30 and 50, were arrested between Sunday and Tuesday.
Part of the R776,000 ransom paid to secure the boy's release was also recovered.
Malaysian criminal investigation director Datuk Seri Bakri Zinin is expected to give more details on Wednesday.
