The Rolling Stones legend teamed up with Foo Fighters frontman, Dave Grohl, for the new release called Easy Sleazy in celebration of the easing of lockdown restrictions in the UK.
The lockdown-themed track features Jagger on vocals and lead guitar backed by Grohl on drums, bass, and backing guitar. A video was also released at the same time and shows both stars performing the track remotely.
Grohl took to Twitter to share his excitement at having worked with Jagger on the track saying: “It's hard to put into words what recording this song with Sir Mick Jagger means to me. It's beyond a dream come true”
It’s hard to put into words what recording this song with Sir @MickJagger means to me. It’s beyond a dream come true. Just when I thought life couldn’t get any crazier......and it’s the song of the summer, without a doubt!! https://t.co/hudEh7LCN2 https://t.co/irNkf9zgbq

Take a look right here - it's a typically thumping track about lockdown weight gain and prison walls with a hefty dose of "much-needed optimism".
