The British-American television personality, entertainment manager, and author has shared the news that she has tested positive for the virus.
After a brief stay in the hospital, the reality star says that she is now recovering at home but is self-isolating far away from her 72-year-old husband Ozzy Osbourne. Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease last year which, in addition to his age, puts him a high-risk category should he contract the virus.
Sharon told her 2.3m followers on Twitter: "I wanted to share I've tested positive for COVID-19. After a brief hospitalization, I'm now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while "The Talk" is on scheduled hiatus. Everyone, please stay safe and healthy."
