News24 has announced via its media channels that Netwerk24 will be launching the first-ever venture for their Afrikaans online audience in the form of a soapie titled, Die Testament.
The 65-episode series launches on Monday the 2nd of September with one episode of five minutes airing per weekday.
As the title implies, the story centres around a wealthy family and the sudden death of the family patriarch. When the family come together for the reading of the will, the games begin.
The cast includes Nico Panagio, Rolanda Marais and Andahr Cotton with stalwarts like Sandra Prinsloo also making an appearance.
