The Real Housewives franchise continues to grow in South Africa with a second Afrikaans version of the popular series set to premiere on kykNET (DStv 144) on Thursday, 20 April, at 20:00. And featuring in 'Die Real Housewives van die Wynlande' is former Miss SA Amy Kleinhans-Curd.
Married to New Zealand businessman Leighton Curd, they have four children and live in Franschhoek. Together they run the Franschhoek farm and two other farms in Swellendam and the Cradle of Humankind respectively.
Kleinhans is the director of various companies, including the homework hotline, Dial-A-Teacher, founded in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Fund. She will soon launch her own Cap Classique sparkling wine as well as a skincare range.
According to DSTV, it is now the turn of the “mooie” Cape to be featured in Die Real Housewives van die Wynlande.
