The title cements her spot as a contestant for the coveted 72nd Miss Universe title.
Kolle is the second trans woman to participate in, and win, a national beauty pageant. In 2018, Angela Ponce became the first trans woman in the world to win a beauty title when she was crowned Miss Spain.
