The dog apparel and accessory line is being sold under the brand name Doggy Parton, and in keeping with the superstar’s animal-loving heart, a portion of every sale made will go to rescue organization Willa B. Farms.
The superstar’s line is being produced in partnership with SportPet Designs and features shirts, dresses, squeaky toys, and yes, even a blonde wig.
Parton said in a statement on her website: "'Puppy Love'' was my very first record and 6 decades later, my love for pets is stronger than ever. This inspired me to start my own line of Doggy Parton apparel, accessories, toys, and more with a little 'Dolly' flair. Part of the proceeds will support Willa B Farms, a rescue where animals in need find never-ending love. Don't we all need that?'"
The products are available on DoggyParton.com and Amazon.com, with more retailers to be announced in the near future.
