Die Antwoord's Ninja accused of sexual assault by Aussie singer

IOL has reported that Australian singer Zheani Sparkes has laid charges of sexual assault and rape against Watkin Tudor Jones. (Ninja’sreal name)

As reported in the  The Sydney Morning Herald, the Aussie singer is alleging that the rape took place in 2013 in South Africa. The publication also reported that Watkins has denied the claims.

The accusations come at a bad time for Die Antwoord, a video was recently brought to light in which Ninja and Yolandi are both seen using homophobic slurs. They have subsequently been removed from two US festival line ups.
