Three people have been arrested for allegedly defrauding the SA Revenue Service out of more than R13.9 million.
The National Prosecuting Authority said the arrests were made on Wednesday afternoon by its Investigative Directorate probing the fraud and tax matter.
Spokesperson, Sindisiwe Seboka, said the trio is alleged to have submitted tax returns in which they allegedly misrepresented the incomes earned during the 2015 to 2021 assessment years.
She said they also failed to pay VAT collected from clients to SARS.
The company was also charged in the matter which comes before the courts on Friday.
