Teenager in Mitchells Plain drug bust

An 18-year-old Cape Town man has been arrested and drugs worth an estimated R100 000 found in a house in New Woodlands in Mitchells Plain.
Police spokesperson, Captain Frederick van Wyk, says the house was searched last night and 200 drinking straws filled with heroin, two plastic packets of tik and a plastic packet containing heroin were found in one of the bedrooms.
The man is expected to appear in the Mitchells Plain Magistrate's Court soon.
