The premiers of the Eastern Cape and Western Cape will deliver their state of the province addresses today.
Eastern Cape premier, Noxolo Kiviet, is expected to recommit her government to improved and faster service delivery in all priority areas identified at the beginning of her term in 2009.
She's also expected to delve into issues of job creation and economic development.
Meanwhile, Western Cape premier Helen Zille will outline her government's achievements over the past year and during the first half-term of the current administration.
Her spokesperson, Zak Mbehele, says Zille will also highlight key priorities for 2012.
