Police Constable shoots his girlfriend and himself

A police constable in Onverwacht, Limpopo has shot dead his girlfriend then killed himself.

Police spokesperson, Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi, said that their bodies were found in a rented room on Monday night.

The motive for the killing was not known.

The 30-year-old constable worked at the Lephalale police station.
