Cezanne Visser, the former advocate who became known as "Advocate Barbie", has lost a second attempt to be released from prison.
The correctional supervision and parole board met on Friday and turned down Visser's request to convert her prison sentence to correctional supervision.
Visser is serving a 7 year jail term for indecently assaulting young girls and women, for the manufacture and possession of child pornography, and for defrauding a children's home.
She started serving her sentence in May 2010 after the Supreme Court of Appeal dismissed an application for leave to appeal.
