The Death toll in yesterday's horror accident in the Limpopo province has risen to 27.
A truck carrying cement was travelling on the N1 highway just outside of Modimolle when the crash happened.
The driver of the truck allegedly lost control of his vehicle and swerved onto the other lane facing oncoming traffic.
It then collided with four vehicles, including a 22 seater bus and a bakkie which caught fire on Impact.
Only four people survived the accident and are being treated in hospital.
Police are still in the process of identifying the deceased.
