South African Police Service (SAPS) officers in Central Johannesburg have arrested five suspects in connection with counterfeit goods worth more than R12 million.
Gauteng police made the bust on Saturday in the Joburg CBD.
The goods and bags filled with thousands of counterfeit labels were discovered and confiscated during the operation.
All five suspects are due to appear in the Johannesburg Magistrates' Court soon.
Provincial police said these types of operations will continue throughout the metro.
