Police in the Free State are investigating a case of common assault after two teenagers were assaulted by a group of adults at a holiday resort in Maselspoort on Christmas Day.
Footage of the racist incident went viral on social media after the men would not allow two black children to swim in the public pool.
In the viral footage one man, with a cigarette in his mouth, can be seen violently choking one of the children while his friend urged onlookers to call the police.
Police spokesperson Brigadier Motantsi Makhele says the men were not arrested but warned to appear in the Bloemfontein Magistrates court on a date yet to be determined.
Members of the EFF in the Free State descended upon the holiday resort on Monday where they enjoyed the pool facilities while chanting.
The EFF continues to be the first respondents to racism that is flourishing under Cyril Ramaphosa!

The President said in a lengthy statement that racism has no place in South Africa and that racists must expect harsh consequences in terms of the law.
