Former judge in court for drunk driving

A former Western Cape acting judge has appeared in court for alleged drunk driving.
Advocate Robert McDougall appeared in the Wynberg Magistrate's Court yesterday, after his blood alcohol level was reportedly found to be four times more than the legal limit.
The Star reports that McDougall was also pulled over in Bergvliet, more than a year ago, also for alleged drunk driving.
In yet another incident, 66-year-old McDougall drove into Western Cape deputy judge president Jeanette Traverso with a golf cart while she was playing a round at the Royal Cape Golf Club in November last year.
