Former president Nelson Mandela's stay in a military hospital has extended into a fifth day.
The 94-year-old global icon is being treated at One Military Hospital for a recurring lung infection.
Last January Mandela was admitted to a Johannesburg hospital for what turned out to be an acute respiratory infection.
Local and international media remained camped outside the hospital in Pretoria.
