The Higher Education Transformation Network says it will be laying criminal charges against Nantes Kelder of Afriforum in Pretoria today.
The network says Kelder is the Afriforum Head of Investigations and key leader responsible for laying numerous frivolous criminal charges against various individuals, especially trade union leaders.
The latest criminal charge laid relates to Nosey Pieterse for his role in the farm worker strike in the Western Cape.
The criminal charges against Kelder will be brought in terms of Section 17 of the Riotous Assemblies Act.
The section says any person can be charged with public violence if his words, publications or actions could incite public violence.
