Children attacked by swarm of bees

Forty-eight children at a Tembisa school have been stung by a swarm of bees.

ER24 says the children were in the playground when an active beehive was apparently disturbed.

Spokesperson, Vanessa Jackson, says 45 children were taken to hospital by teachers and paramedics.

Two Eastern Cape children died recently after being stung by bees.
