Max Verstappen won his eighth consecutive Formula One Race in Bahrain on Saturday giving Red Bull their 114th race victory.
Teammate Sergio Perez came in second while Carlos Sainz Junior driving for Ferrari took third place on the podium.
According to an official statement, it was the first time in Formula 1 history that every car that took the start in the season's first round also took the chequered flag.
Verstappen took a grand slam for the fifth time in his career, tying Alberto Ascari and Michael Schumacher’s career totals,
He is the first driver to score a grand slam in the opening race of the season since Michael Schumacher in 2004.
