A nervy Paarl Royals outfit got to the magical 163-run number required to deny the Durban Super Giants - even though they lost the encounter heavily to the Pretoria Capitals.
The Pretoria Capitals topped the log and they will now play the 4th placed Paarl Royals in the first semi-final at the Wanderers at 17h30 on Wednesday 8 February.
Faf du Plessis' Joburg Super Kings finished 2nd on the log standings and they will take on Aiden Markram's 3rd placed Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the second semi-final at Centurion at 17h30 on Thursday 9 February.
There are reserve days in place for the semi-finals and Final in the event that play is interrupted by weather or other causes.
The Final at the Wanderers at 16h30 on Saturday 11 February has already been sold out.
