Sri Lanka wins first test against Pakistan

Sri Lanka won the first test against Pakistan in Galle on Monday by a massive 209 runs, their biggest win over their Asian rivals.

Pakistan were bowled out for 300 just before stumps on day four as they chased a near impossible total of 510 for victory.

Sri Lankan captain, Mahela Jayawardene, said it was good to continue their winning momentum after winning the ODI series three matches to one.
