EP Rugby CEO Charl Crous says a forward delegation of both the Welsh and Scotland Rugby teams were hugely impressed with Port Elizabeth on recent visits to the city.
Wales play the EP Kings in a tour match at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Tuesday the 10th of June and Scotland play the Springboks at the same venue on Saturday the 28th of June.
Crous was speaking at the stadium on Tuesday during the announcement of the ticket packages available for both matches and for the EP Kings campaign in the Premier Division of the Currie Cup.
He said both Wales and Scotland had also taken note of the huge crowds the Southern Kings attracted in Super Rugby last season and were looking forward to playing in a similar atmosphere.
Chantal du Pisani is the CEO of Axxess Management, which operates the stadium, and said the feast of rugby on offer was all about keeping the stadium sustainable.
Tickets for the EP Kings vs Wales match range in price from R50 to R110 and for SA vs Scotland between R75 and R450.
Tickets will be available from Computicket or the stadium's ticketing office from Monday 19 May.
A package deal at R500 which includes EP Kings vs Wales, SA vs Scotland and all the EP Kings Currie Cup Premier Division home matches will only be available through the Stadium's ticketing office.
