Rampant Steyn obliterates the West Indies

Dale Steyn grabbed six wickets as South Africa rushed to victory by an innings and 220 runs on the morning of the fourth day of the first test against the West Indies at SuperSport Park in Centurion on Saturday.

Steyn was at his menacing best, as he finished with 6-34, his 25th five-wicket haul in test cricket, as the tourists were bundled out for just 131 in their second innings.

Proteas captain Hashim Amla enforced the follow-on, after the Windies were bowled out for 201 in their first innings in reply to South Africa's first innings total of 552 for 5 declared.

The second of the three match series starts next Friday at St George's Park in Port Elizabeth.
