Old Grey wins six-a-side

Old Grey won the 50th staging of the Old Grey six-a-side cricket tournament at Kemsley Park at the weekend.
In the final against Grey High School, Old Grey restricted the school boys to 20 runs in their five overs and then blasted their way to victory in the second over.
Old Grey batsman Chad Breetzke was deadly with the bat all day and was named player of the tournament.

PE Cricket Club won the plate final.
Gelvandale beat Walmer in the golden oldies final which was held this year to celebrate the 50th consecutive staging of the event.
