Japanese driver Kamui Kobayashi has been fined 25,000 euros for knocking over three of his Sauber mechanics when he drove too fast into the pits at Sunday's British Formula One Grand Prix at Silverstone.
Fortunately, the three mechanics suffered only minor injuries but race stewards took a dim view of the incident for which Kobayashi immediately apologised.
The race was one by Mark Webber in a Red Bull from Ferrari's Fernando Alonso.
Sebastian Vettel was third in the other Red Bull.
Alonso leads the drivers standings on 129 points ahead of Webber on 116.
