Defending champion Maria Sharapova will play top seed Serena Williams in tomorrow's French Open final after the two enjoyed contrasting semi-final victories yesterday.
Williams breezed passed Sara Errani of Italy 6 0 6 1 while Sharapova had to fight every inch of the way in beating Victoria Azarenka 6-1, 2-6, 6-4.
History will be against Sharapova tomorrow - she has lost her last 12 matches against Williams on all surfaces.
