Curtain comes down on Grey Rugby Festival

The curtain came down on the annual Standard Bank Grey Rugby festival in Port Elizabeth on Wednesday with the hosts finishing with a perfect three wins out of three.

Wednesday's match was by far the toughest, however, as Grey edged Michaelhouse by 10 points to 7.

On Monday, Grey overwhelmed Nico Malan 71-8 and on Saturday's opening day, they beat Kearsney College 23-7.

In Wednesday's other matches, Muir College from Uitenhage edged Parktown Boys 17-15 and Grey Unicorns overwhelmed Itembelihle from New Brighton 41-nil.

Westville Boys beat HTS Louis Botha 22-8, Sacs took out DHS 24-14 and Windhoek Gymnasium and Graeme College played to a hard-fought 13-all draw.

Pretoria Boys were too strong for Hudson Park, winning 20-8.
