The South Africa Sevens team hits the training grounds for the first time this week when it practices at Victoria Park High School from nine o'clock this morning.
The team was rested on Monday and only did gym work yesterday as coach Paul Treu looks to keep his chargers fresh after two weeks of arduous travel for the first two legs of the HSBC Sevens Series in Australia and Dubai.
Today's practice session should give us a good idea of Treu's thinking ahead of the third leg of the series, the Nelson Mandela Sevens, on Friday and Saturday.
Treu names his team at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium at noon today.
At two pm today there will be an International Captains signing session with all 16 captains - again at Greenacres Shopping Centre.
