New Zealand have beaten Australia by one wicket in a world cup thriller at a packed Eden Park in Auckland.
In a low-scoring game, Australia was bowled out for 151 in 32 overs and the black caps then limped across the line, finishing on 152 for 9 in 23.1 overs.
Kane Williamson finished on 45 not out and finished the match with a 6 as all around him crumbled after his captain Brenden Mccullum had set the platform with a quickfire 50 off 24 balls.
But the day belonged to the fast bowlers, Trent Boult taking 5 for 27 in his ten overs for New Zealand while Aussie quick Mitchell Starc nearly turned the game on its head taking 6 for 28 in 9 overs with a devastating display of swing bowling.
