Banyana Banyana booked their place in the African Women Cup of Nations final on Tuesday night with a 2-0 win over Mali at the Cape Coast Stadium in Ghana.
Goals from Thembi Kgatlana and a rocket from fullback Ramalepe sealed a spot in Saturday's final - but more importantly for coach Desiree Ellis - it secured the SA girls a place in the 2019 Fifa Women's World Cup in France.

Banyana progressed to the semifinals unbeaten in a group that included Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea and Zambia.
Desiree Ellis' charges will now face defending champions Nigeria again in the final of the Awcon on Saturday after the Super Falcons edged out Cameroon on penalties in the other semifinal.
The team was congratulated by Bafana Bafana and even President Cyril Ramaphosa.
