ActionSA says it's terminated Makhosi Khoza's party membership.
The eThekwini councillor and ActionSA's former KZN chairperson was hauled before a disciplinary hearing following a series of outbursts in January.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the party said the charges included bringing the party into disrepute and acting in a manner that caused disunity in the party.
ActionSA's national spokesperson Lerato Ngobeni says Khoza hadn't challenged the evidence brought before the panel, which found she'd been prone to believing conspiracy theories and aggressive behaviour.
"A disciplinary panel was convened. The Ethics and Disciplinary Committee was unanimous in finding Dr Khoza guilty on all charges in recommending the termination of her membership.
“The evidence brought against Dr Khoza included numerous public utterances and comments made to the media which were deemed to have been made with intention of bringing ActionSA into disrepute.”

Khoza is a former MP and was a life-long and loyal member of the ANC until she spoke out against former President Jacob Zuma, calling on him to step down.
She had since then joined several different parties with no success until her recent stint with ActionSA.
