Would-be husband killer in court

An East London woman is due to appear in court on Monday on a charge of conspiring to have her husband killed.

The 32 year old woman from Scenery Park was arrested over the weekend at Hemmingways Mall after police received a tip off.

The two alleged hitmen were also taken into custody and police confiscated money and cellphones.

Marais says the woman's husband was taken to a place of safety.
