Woman murdered in PE Northern Areas

A Port Elizabeth women has been murdered in a house robbery in Timothy Valley in the city's Northern Areas.
She has been identified as 59-year-old Hendriena Kieps. 

Police captain Sandra Janse van Rensburg says the woman's son discovered his mother's body lying in his bedroom with multiple stab wounds when he returned home at about half past ten last night. 

A DVD player is missing and Bethelsdorp police are investigating a case of murder.
