The Mthatha High Court on Tuesday dismissed the appeal of Winnie Madikizela Mandela who laid claim to the Qunu home of former president Nelson Mandela.
The Mthatha High Court also ordered Madikizela-Mandela to pay the cost of the application.
She filed an appeal in April after losing an earlier bid to lay claim to Madiba’s Qunu home in the Eastern Cape.
Madikizela Mandela’s lawyer Mvuzo Notyesi told African News Agency (ANA) that they would now take the matter to the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein.
Her lawyers have 30 days to file a petition for review.
