A Port Elizabeth man has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for a house robbery he committed a few days earlier.
Police Captain Sandra Janse Van Rensburg says 27-year old Ettione Buys from Gelvandale pleaded guilty in the city's magistrates court on Thursday.
He was arrested by the K-9 unit in Targetkloof on Monday following a house robbery in Mill Mark earlier in the day.
Police said Buys held up a domestic worker at gunpoint before stealing household items which were recovered.
