The estranged husband of slain Gqeberha mother Vicki Terblanche has been arrested.
The 53-year-old Arnold Terblanche was arrested at his house in Millpark on Wednesday evening.
Police spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says he is expected the appear in court soon where he will be charged with murder.
His co-accused 32-year-old Reinhardt Leach and the 24-year-old Dylan Cullis are expected to apply for bail on Thursday in the Magistrates Court.
The men were arrested two days after Leach reported Vicki as missing and have been in custody ever since.
Just days after the news of Terblanche's murder broke her husband Arnold was implicated by various sources on social media.
In a draft indictment seen by Algoa FM News, it is alleged that the three accused and other persons unknown to the State, conspired to kill Vicki Terblanche.
Shortly after Leach and Cullis' arrest, Arnold's girlfriend became very vocal on social media, especially when fingers started to point towards her lover.
She made several statements on Facebook saying that she and Arnold did not need to defend anything and said police should be allowed to investigate the case.
The woman, who AlgoaFM News has chosen not to identify publicly, further added that both Arnold and his son needed space to deal with the tragedy.
She has since deleted her social media accounts.
The matter will be prosecuted by well known State Advocate Marius Stander who secured a conviction for Christopher Panayiotou who plotted to kill his wife Jayde, in 2015.
