Uitenhage police seek help following business robbery

Police in Kwanobuhle Uitenhage are appealing to the public for assistance following a business robbery Sunday night.

Police spokesperson, Warrant Officer Basil Seekeoi, says five suspects robbed a shop in the area at around 9pm.

He says the men, who were armed, took an undisclosed amount of cash, airtime and other items.

Seekoei says no one was injured during the robbery.

He says anyone who may have information on the case should contact Kwanobuhle police.
