The man's wife left him when the younger woman leveled claims against her father.
Police spokesperson, Sergeant Majola Nkholi, says the suspect was not arrested but subpoenaed on the 9th of March to appear in court.
He makes his first court appearance on Wednesday.
He will face charges of rape and indecent assault.
The eldest daughter says in a statement "I regret that I didn't report what he did years ago. I have had to live with the thought that he could be raping other young girls, and there was nothing I could do about it. By keeping quiet, I have lived with guilt and disgust, which has ruined my life completely"
Spokesperson for Woman and Men Against Child Abuse Miranda Friedmann says when an individual who is loved or admired sexually harms a child, the powerful sense of betrayal is felt not just by the child, but also by everyone else who trusted or respected that person. It's less painful to remain silent.
