They will appear in court on Tuesday on a charge of murder and two of attempted murder.

An argument broke out between two groups in front of McDonald's at the beachfront shortly after 2 am, which ended up in a physical brawl.

Naidu says it was at this point that one of the men started firing shots.

Some people commenting on social media who said they knew Draghoender denied that he was affilaited to any gang.

The Acting Cluster Commander for Mount Road, Brigadier Keith Meyer has commended the members of the Unit for their persistence and dedication and vowed to hunt down these criminals to face the full brunt of the law.
