Two men were killed following a head-on collision on the N6 on Monday morning.
A spokesperson for Provincial Traffic Charles Bramwell says a Toyota Bakkie travelling from East London towards Stutterheim collided head-on with a truck going in the opposite direction.
He says both men in the bakkie were entrapped in their vehicle and declared dead on the scene.
The truck driver and his passenger sustained slight injuries and was taken to the hospital in Stutterheim for medical attention.
The names of the deceased have not yet been released.
A case of culpable homicide was opened at the Kei Road Saps.
