Two people were killed and two seriously injured following a head-on collision on the R75.
A spokesperson for Provincial traffic Charles Bramwell says the accident happened just before 11 am on Friday morning on the road between Uitenhage and Port Elizabeth.
He says a Toyota Hilux bakkie with 5 passengers collided head-on with a Soyat delivery vehicle who had three passengers sitting on the front seat.
Bramwell says when paramedics arrived on scene they found two men, who were already dead, trapped inside the Soyat.
Bramwell says six people, including a child, sustained serious to light injuries.
The patients were transported to various hospitals within the Metro.
Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
